Description
Android ships first (NFR-04); iOS is built only if HOCO decides so, and this task carries both apps through App Store review when it does. Scope: Apple developer account (organisation, D-U-N-S) and Imad's access, bundle ids dz.hoco.reseller and dz.hoco.delegate, signing, iOS flavors via schemes/xcconfig, Firebase iOS apps and APNs key for FCM, Google Maps iOS key, French permission strings, universal links for /i/{code}, TestFlight and App Store review with privacy details. The delegate app's tour sampling on iOS needs the location background mode with the blue indicator, which App Review scrutinises; distributing the delegate app as a private Custom App through Apple Business Manager is an option to discuss with HOCO. It needs from Anis the apple-app-site-association file on app.hoco.dz and reviewer accounts; from Akram iOS icon sizes and screenshots. The Play-referrer attribution of MRA-09 has no iOS equivalent, so iOS relies on the universal link and manual code.

Acceptance criteria

- The delegate app samples positions only during an in-progress tour, with the system indicator visible, and stops at closing (FLD-15)
- Both apps are approved by App Store review or distributed as Custom Apps per HOCO's decision
