Description
Akram's design QA of both builds (DQA-02 reseller, DQA-03 delegate, including the outdoor-readability check) produces findings that must be applied before release, together with an accessibility pass (NFR-07) and an RTL readiness check on key screens (NFR-06). Scope: triage and fix the design-QA findings; verify contrast, touch targets, text scaling and screen-reader labels; run both apps in the Arabic pseudo-locale on key screens; update goldens. New features are out of scope. It needs Akram's findings list and re-verification sessions; nothing from Anis unless a finding touches server copy. MOB-18 and the store releases ship with these fixes.

Acceptance criteria
- All blocker and should findings from DQA-02 and DQA-03 are fixed and re-verified by Akram
- Key screens pass the Flutter contrast and tap-target guideline tests (NFR-07)
- Key screens remain usable at 130 % text scale and do not crash at 200 %
- Every interactive icon has a TalkBack label in French
- Key screens render correctly in RTL with no overflow (NFR-06)
