Review of the delegate app build, including the outdoor-readability check on a real phone.
Description
Akram reviews the delegate app build against the Claude Design handoff once its features are complete (after MDA-11). The review includes the outdoor-readability check required by the accessibility checklist: a real mid-range phone at full brightness, in direct sunlight, used with one hand. Inputs: the staging build on a real device, the DA frames of design v1.1, the map pin set, the GPS banner and sync states, and the offline behaviour specified on Days 11–14. Scope: visual fidelity, states (especially offline, GPS and sync), copy and field usability; functional defects go to QA-03 and MOB-13 (field test). Consumer: Imad's MOB-17 (design QA fixes and accessibility pass), which depends on this task.

- Sunlight legibility fails on low-contrast tones — fix in tokens (darker fg or stronger borders) rather than per screen, and release a token patch.
