Description
Day 21 closes the V1 design so that Imad and Anis can find everything without asking. Akram links the two clickable prototypes, runs the design QA checklist against the Claude Design project itself, sweeps every frame for the 17 Oct decisions, exports icons and illustrations, tags tokens v1.0 with a changelog and presents all three solutions plus the reseller web to HOCO (checkpoint 6). Inputs: every frame of Days 6–20, the handoff checklist on /docs/design/handoff and the feedback lists of checkpoints 3–5. Scope: no new screens; fixes of under an hour are applied, everything else is queued for DES-22. The milestone is « Design handoff complete », which the mobile and web build tasks rely on for their remaining screens; DES-22 consumes the client feedback.

- The decisions sweep finds no violation of AUTHORING §1b
- Tokens v1.0 are received by Imad and Anis and build without renames
- HOCO has seen all three solutions plus the reseller web, and feedback is in one list
Test measures
- Run both Claude Design prototypes on a real phone (through the shared link) before the presentation
- Spot-check 10 random frames against the design QA checklist with Anis or Imad
- Rebuild check: Imad's Dart generator and Anis's Style Dictionary run on v1.0 with zero errors
Risks
- Client feedback at checkpoint 6 reopens settled screens — apply only fixes under an hour; the rest becomes DES-22 items or change requests with an effort estimate.
