Summary
Review of the back-office on desktop, tablet and large screens.
Description
Akram reviews the back-office build against the Claude Design handoff once the administration pages are done (after DSH-12), at desktop, tablet and large-screen widths (NFR-05). Inputs: the staging dashboard, the BO frames and page specs of design v1.1, the five page templates, the permissions matrix and one staging account per role. Scope: visual fidelity, template consistency, states (loading, empty, filtered-empty, error, live rows), role-based navigation and keyboard accessibility; functional defects are filed for QA-03. Issues go to Anis in AnisBetehi/hoco. This review unblocks Akram's functional test campaign QA-03, which depends on it.
Subtasks
| # | Subtask | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Review every V1 BO page at 1440 and 1920, then the shell and key pages at 1280 (rail) and 1024 / 768 (drawer) | Akram |
| 2 | Template consistency: page headers, filter bars with URL sync and saved views, table density, pinned first column, pagination, empty and filtered-empty copy, form sticky action bar and leave guard | Akram |
| 3 | Role walkthrough with one staging account per role (super admin, commercial admin, stock, finance, delivery, direction): menu items present or absent per permission, never greyed | Akram |
| 4 | Key flows visually: BO-41 orders-to-confirm queue with live new rows and control icons, BO-39 allowed actions, BO-42 kanban drag states, BO-13 validation with customer type, BO-28 three-price and attribute tabs, BO-69 returns and claims, BO-70 support regions | Akram |
| 5 | Status pills and charts: tones from enums.json, KPI deltas with arrows and signs, chart table views, the « Temps réel interrompu » indicator | Akram |
| 6 | Keyboard and focus: tab order, visible focus ring, modals trapping focus, Ctrl K palette, Esc closing drawers | Akram |
| 7 | File issues with a screenshot, Claude Design link, viewport and severity, labelled design-qa | Akram |
| 8 | Triage and fix plan | Anis |
Deliverables
- Design QA issues in
AnisBetehi/hocolabelleddesign-qa, with viewport and severity - Back-office design QA report: pages reviewed per width, role-navigation results, accepted deviations
Acceptance criteria
- Every V1 BO page has been reviewed at 1440, and the shell and list templates at 1280 and tablet width
- Each of the 6 staff roles sees exactly the navigation its permissions allow
- No page scrolls horizontally at 1280; tables scroll inside their card
- No blocker or major issue remains without an agreed fix
Requirements covered
| Requirement | Title | Release |
|---|---|---|
| NFR-05 | Back-office usable on desktop, tablet and large screens | V1 |
| NFR-07 | Accessibility: readable contrast, reachable buttons, consistent text sizes, explicit messages | V1 |
Test measures
- Side-by-side screenshot comparison with the frames and page specs
- Keyboard-only pass on the orders-to-confirm queue and a form page
- Re-test of the fixes on staging
Risks
- Template pages were built from specs, not mocks, so expectations differ — judge them against the template and spec, and log disagreements as design decisions rather than defects.
KPI
- Delivered by Wed 16 Dec 2026 within 1 person-day(s).
- Every acceptance criterion above demonstrated before hand-off; linked requirements' acceptance criteria pass.
- Zero open critical defects, permission gaps or data-integrity regressions at sign-off.
