Summary
Run the 15 priority acceptance scenarios of the cahier across the four apps on staging with real devices; triage and fix.
Description
Before HOCO's acceptance, the whole ecosystem is tested end to end on staging with real devices (cahier §12; OPS-05): the 15 priority acceptance scenarios of the cahier as listed on /docs/srs/acceptance-scenarios, run across the back-office, the reseller app, the delegate app and the reseller web. The run also covers the 17 Oct decisions: guest browsing without prices, three customer-type prices, availability-only stock, manual confirmation of every order with live status for the reseller (SSE + push), regional WhatsApp routing, returns with automatic restock and credit note, after-sales claims, and the delegate's offline tour with later sync. Defects are logged with severity, triaged daily and fixed by Anis (server, back-office, web) and Imad (mobile), while Akram checks UI conformance to the designs. Out of scope: client execution of the scenarios (QA-02).
Note
Subtasks
| # | Subtask | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Test plan: the 15 cahier scenarios plus decision scenarios, test data reset script for staging, device matrix (low-end and mid Android) | Anis |
| 2 | Execute back-office and reseller web scenarios; log defects with steps, severity and screenshots | Anis |
| 3 | Execute reseller and delegate app scenarios on real devices, including airplane-mode tour and sync | Imad |
| 4 | Design conformance review of the four interfaces against the Claude Design handoff | Akram |
| 5 | Cross-app checks: order from app → confirm in back-office → live status in app and web; assisted order → reseller confirmation → back-office confirmation | Anis |
| 6 | Returns and SAV run: return request → reception → stock and credit note; claim → replacement order | Anis |
| 7 | Daily triage of the defect board (blocking, major, minor) and fix/verify loop | Anis |
| 8 | Mobile defect fixes and new builds on the internal testing track | Imad |
| 9 | Exit report: scenario results, open defects with plan, readiness for recette | Anis |
Deliverables
- Test plan and scenario scripts under /docs/srs/acceptance-scenarios (execution tables)
- GitHub issues board with severity labels and the QA-01 milestone
- Exit report attached to the plan before QA-02
Acceptance criteria
- All 15 priority scenarios pass on staging across the apps involved (OPS-05)
- Zero open blocking defects; every major defect has an owner and a fix date
- Every order path (app, web, assisted, back-office) waits for back-office confirmation and the reseller sees status changes live (ORD-14, ORD-15)
- A delegate tour done fully offline syncs without duplicates or lost reports (SYN-04, SYN-05)
- Akram's conformance review has no open blocking UI issue
Requirements covered
| Requirement | Title | Release |
|---|---|---|
| OPS-05 | Acceptance: priority scenarios pass, blocking defects fixed, acceptance report (PV) signed | V1 |
Test measures
- Manual scenario execution with recorded evidence
- Automated Playwright suite and server test suite green on the tested build
- Regression run of fixed defects before the exit report
Risks
- Too many defects for the window — strict severity rules, fix blocking first, defer minor UI items to LCH-04 with HOCO's agreement
KPI
- Delivered by Thu 24 Dec 2026 within 1.5 person-day(s).
- Every acceptance criterion above demonstrated before hand-off; linked requirements' acceptance criteria pass.
- Zero open critical defects, permission gaps or data-integrity regressions at sign-off.

WEB-06 — Reseller web — Notification Centre, action buttons, group preferences, promotion tabs & flash-sale countdown
The reseller-web side of document 03: Notification Centre card on RW-02, grouped dropdown and page with action buttons on RW-11, per-group push switches on RW-12, Promotions / Ventes flash tabs and countdown cards on RW-10.
QA-02 — Client acceptance (recette) on pre-production & PV
HOCO executes the acceptance scenarios on pre-production; blocking defects fixed; acceptance report signed.
